Terms & Conditions:
- Delivery service will only be available for order of specific amount for a single location#1
- Order must be made 60 days/90 days prior to delivery date
- Order will be processed only upon confirmation by BINGO and will be charged immediately upon receipt of order.
- Urgent fee of HK$400 will be applied to immediate delivery request (with delivery time equal to or shorter than 2 months)
- Chocolate are suggested to be kept in a cool and dry place within temperature between 16C-18C(60F-64F), away from any odor,sunlight and intense heart. Recommended to be removed from refrigerator 5 to 10 minutes before serving. BINGO will not bear the responsibility of change in quality.
- Subject to different availability of products, BINGO reserves the rights to remain final.
- Any type of refund or exchange after payment settled will not accepted
- In case of any dispute, the decision of BINGO shall remain final.
Delivery:
- Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday(10am to 6pm per day), Saturday to Sunday(10am to 4pm).
- Delivery service will be suspended under bad weather condition without prior notice; such as rain with thunderstorm, Black Rainstorm Signal or when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted. Delivery service will be rescheduled for free.
- To change delivery address or rescheduled delivery date be available for 30 days prior to delivery date
- An additional delivery charge of HK$400 will be applied to all rescheduled delivery(rescheduled delivery date/ change delivery address/ including delivery service failure due to no show of customers/ recipients at appointed delivery time/ wrong delivery address).
- While all goods will be delivered in our best ability, BINGO will not be liable to any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer and/or the recipient.
- BINGO will take no responsibility, should late delivery be caused by forced major events.
- BINGO reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate these promotions without prior notice

Complimentary delivery service for purchase an order of specific amount which will be available to commercial address of one location within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula, New Territories-specific location; A surcharge will be applied for each subsequent location - Airport, Disneyland and Tung Chung, etc. Delivery to outlying islands, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu, Restricted areas is unavailable.
